Advertising policy

1. Ads are labeled
Every paid banner, article or listing carries a “Sponsored” label — home banners, category top banners, sponsored articles and strip banners.
2. Partner schools
Schools with an agreement with K-PASS GLOBAL show a “KOVIA partner” badge, and we explain that relationship next to it.
3. Partner checks
- Business registration status is checked.
- Required licenses are checked: real estate agency registration, administrative agent registration, school accreditation, job placement registration and others.
- Evidence is kept on file for the contract period.
4. Ads we refuse
We do not accept illegal job offers, unlicensed brokers, jobs that don’t match the visa shown, or exaggerated refund promises.
5. Personalized offers and measurement
We tailor partner offers to your profile only if you have agreed to “Personalized recommendations and partner offers”. For banners we count impressions, clicks and the consultation requests that came through each banner; see the cookies section of the privacy policy.
6. Editorial independence
Payment never changes what our guides say or how search results are ordered. Sponsored articles are fact-checked by our editors before publishing.
7. Reporting
If an ad looks misleading, tell us on the report page. Moderators review reports every day.
